Bible 1:
Course Description
This course will examine the foundations of the Bible and present a general overview of the Old
Testament. By charting the various aspects of the Bible this class will investigate the division of Scripture, the
geography and customs of
the Middle Eastern world
and important figures in the Old Testament narrative. This class will also seek to integrate this introductory material into
contextual relevance to today.
The Book of Acts: Course Description
This course is an expositional study of the Book of Acts and
will focus on history, teaching, practices, and expansion of the early church as presented in Acts. Special emphases will
be the examples of conversion, the role of the Holy Spirit, the growth of the church, and the ground breaking work of the
apostles Peter and Paul
Christian Doctrine: Course Description
This course is an overview of Bible Doctrines. The doctrines
of the bible are God’s teachings or lessons for mankind. Bible doctrines are the teachings found in God’s word
that reveal God, the creator of all things and his relationship to his creation. The study of the bible doctrines is the attempt
to organize different aspects of God’s revelation into component parts (e.g. God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, man, salvation,
