Business Administrator Lea Fontan	As Business Administrator my desire is to remain relevant to the needs & culture of our community and congregation without departing from the truth of God's word. Each day I strive to embrace modern thoughts without undermining biblical principles. I am consistently navigating between the way it has always been done and the wave of the future.
Associate Minister of Community Outreach Min. Rosa Cummings	Minister Rosa Cummings, Associate Minister, serves as Minister of Community Outreach in collaboration with the Pastor and Administrative staff. Min. Cummings avails herself to meet the spiritual needs of our congregation and community through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Dir Music and Arts/ Youth Pastor/ Assoc Min. Min. Sermone Frink	Min. Sermone Frink is Associate Minister,  Dir. of Worship and Arts and Youth Pastor.  He works in cooperation with the Pastor to facilitate liturgical events.
Campus Coordinator Alisah M. Harrison	As Site Coordinator, my job is to bring together the desires of each school that is on the Springfield Campus.  My goal is to meet the needs of the students, professors, and individual colleges.  It is my prayer that I will be able to assist the professors in anyway that I am needed and  encourage the students on their education journey as they walk through the Bible and or learn skills that will enhance their ability to succeed in life.
Building Manager Horace Carnegie	Hi I'm Bro. Horace Carnegie. As the Building Manager I administrate and coordinate the maintenance of all building facilities, and equipment, including security, event set-up, and transportation, in cooperation with the board of trustees, and the administrative team.
Security and Facility Care James Cowans	James Cowan serves under the Building Management. His duties include maintenance of all building facilities, and providing security for the SGUMC campus.
