2010 – "Year of the Manifestation"

The year of the “manifestation” positions us in the face of miracles; to expect the impossible and stand on God’s promises.  This year, “the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring, not only to those who are of the law but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham.  He is the father of us all.  “This year of the “Manifestation”’ God dares us to defy the odds and to “speak, proclaim, and declare”, with authority, those things that are written concerning Abraham and his descendants.  “I have made you a father of many nations.  [Abraham] is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed; the God who gives life to the dead and ‘calls things’ that are not as though they were.

This year of the manifestation requires us to persevere with a tenacious unshakable faith; confident to apprehend what God has for us.  The word “break” suggests “that the process of entering into and “though” the next dimension will not be without resistance, yet our faith will compel us to persist because there is another (brighter) side to the seemingly impenetrable realities of our daily challenges.
