Reverend Cecil B. Stone has been preaching the Gospel for almost 50 years. God has richly blessed throughout his ministry; preaching crusades, revivals, conducting workshops, seminars, mentoring and coaching pastors and ministry leaders across the country, the Caribbean, and on the continents of Africa and Asia.

Reverend Stone is an avid worshiper whose ministry emerges out of his profound love for the Lord. He completed his MDIV at Drew Theological Seminary, and received his DMIN from Wesley Theological Seminary, in Washington, DC. Reverend Stone is currently the senior pastor at the Springfield Gardens United Methodist Church where he has served for the last 29 years. He served for 12 years at the Hanson Place Central United Methodist Church, in Brooklyn. Rev. Stone was an adjunct professor at Drew Theological Seminary and New York Theological Seminary and briefly served as interim Associate Dean of Contextual Learning at Drew Theological Seminary.

 
Rev. Stone is the CEO and founder of PETRA Ministries, a structured and biblically based support ministry, combining spiritual formation and practical education for Pastors and church leaders. Rev. Stone has been married for over 43 years to his faith partner in ministry, Carrol Evangeline and they share in the blessing of their two daughters Crystal and Selena, and a grandson, John Christopher.
